Mission and Beliefs:

• Founded by a military veteran and spouse to assist Veterans, First Responders, and their Caregivers in healing and adapting to life after service.

Location and Features:

• Nestled in the northeast mountains of Pennsylvania.

• Spans 18 acres with a trout stream and fruit orchard.

• Wheelchair accessible property featuring a lodge home, activities center, pavilion, fishing docks, trails, rest areas, and a fire pit.

Exclusive Retreats:

• Cove fishing retreats and caregiver activities are exclusive to those ill or injured in the line of duty.

• Focus on providing support to those caring and advocating for the needs of Patriots.

Inclusive Outdoor Events:

• Outdoor and Caregiver Community events include free meals, lodging, and fishing equipment.

• Designed to create a sense of community and provide healing experiences.

Holistic Approach:

• Patriots Cove goes beyond being a vacation destination, focusing on creating holistic healing experiences.

• Promotes camaraderie through service to others.

Environmental Service Projects:

• Engages Patriots and Caregivers in environmental service projects, providing a new mission and bringing the community together to improve the surroundings and Beaver Run waterway.

Active Participation:

• Patriots and Caregivers can actively participate as fishing guides, mentors, and volunteers.

• Encourages involvement in various capacities to empower individuals and foster a sense of purpose.
